"Willkommen im Paradies" is a special exhibition at the NRW-Forum Düsseldorf and was created in collaboration with Alain Bieber and Vesela Stanoeva. The two rooms are thematically divided into Heaven and Hell. The switch between dystopia and utopia is part of the narrative exhibition architecture. The scenographic design of the rooms visualizes the contrast between the two themes: Hell is darkly designed, Heaven is bright. Visitors walk through a parcours and encounter media artworks, installations and virtual realities. The various technological applications enable interaction and self-experience, as fiction, science, art, technology and one's own emotions and fantasies meet. The exhibition is to be understood as an artistic experiment and was created in co-curation with nextmuseum.io, a digital, participatory platform for co-curation and co-creation.
