The n.i.c.e. Award is addressed to all international players who deal with culture and creativity, produce culture or promote cultural innovation. The most innovative cultural project receives the award. A jury selected a list of the best ten projects. All nominees were presented at the n.i.c.e. exhibition. After the city of Essen as the first exhibition venue, the exhibition was shown in Mannheim and Graz. All exhibition elements are designed to fit into a transporter, can be transported through narrow corridors, can be set up with two people in a short time and can also be exhibited with low ceiling heights. The multimedia exhibition walls can be shown shown regardless of architecture and energy supply, by batteries up to a daily exhibition time of 10 hours.
