re.lab is an exhibition space at Euroshop 2014 for the new Retail Design course at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences. In terms of content, the architecture is filled with student works on the subject of retail design, a catering area, a stage area for various lectures and award ceremonies, as well as an area for partners and sponsors on a total of 700 m2. The architectural idea is to create a marketplace of communication with a temporary and recyclable character. The most important points of the concept are communication, changeability, modularity as well as the visual aesthetics in the design of the exhibition architecture. The modules thus represent individual market stands, which are lined up next to each other. Exhibition and presentation areas are integrated into the architecture.
